Outlook: 58

With the majority of players at home for a second week (something i’d love to say was planned..) I’m hopeful last weeks haul can be replicated!

In goal Tom Heaton welcomes Sunderland to Turf Moor, where there is a great chance of Big Tom adding to his outstanding points record so far. Alonso plays Stoke at Stamford Bridge, which should translate to 6 points at the very least. Cedric and Evans play each other at St Marys. Which will hopefully equal a clean sheet for at least one of these two. Southampton love clean sheets, however I’ve cursed Cedric to avoid them at all costs. He’s been a terrbile FPL asset so far, however I’m keeping the faith. Evans comes in for the suspended Walker, so not expecting too much from Jonny. Prediction: 18 Points

The midfield should be a hotbed of points this week. Hazard against Stoke bodes well for goals, Stoke have hit a rough patch of late and have conceded 9 in their last 4 games. Eriksen goes to Watford, looking to stay on top of the FPL form table. Sigurdsson goes up against Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth, who have conceded 3 goals in 5 of their last 6 games. Granted Swansea are terrible, but that hasn’t stopped Siggy in the past who still boast an excellent PPG at home of 5.5 points. Sanchez welcomes Fat Sam’s palace, where we will hopefully see that big smarmy twat crying into a kebab come full time. Sanchez will most likely be fielded on the wing, as Walcott has decided he’ll revert back to his old half injured, non interested self now he has his coffee machine. It remains to be seen if this switch is permanent or how it will affect his output, however Arsenal have very friendly fixtures on the horizon. Prediction: 23 Points

Upfront, Anicheboi comes back into the starting 11. Burnley away doesn’t scream goals but he’s a better option that Capoue against Spurs so he’s trusted with the 2 point task where anything else is a bonus. Origi plays City, who have tightened up at the back since Leicester’s mauling, conceding 1 in their last 3 games. However Liverpool’s irresistible attacking force will surely breach their back line at least once. Finally Zlatan goes up against Boro, where he’ll be fancied by many to continue his rich vein of form. Prediction: 17

Captain:

Has to be Zlatan again. Sanchez and Hazard make a compelling case but it would be a huge gamble to take it away from the big man after his recent displays.

So overall I’m very optimistic for a good week! 58 points would be very welcome! Shame we start with a nothing game tonight, having to wait for the 3 o’clock kick offs for any meaningful FPL action..

Pray for Points
